This project is the first phase of a 60-acre development for the University of Missouri system. The building is an 18,000-square-foot wood-frame structure with a brick facade. The building will serve as a transitional office for businesses that provide services for the Army. The building's scale and materials are consistent with existing structures on base. Construction for the second phase will start in November.
