UnitedHealth Group Inc. announced it purchased Genoa Healthcare, an operator of pharmacies inside mental health care centers.
Officials with UnitedHealth did not disclose the terms of the deal, though Bloomberg reported it's worth more than $2.5 billion.
UnitedHealth plans to incorporate Genoa into its OptumRx pharmacy-benefits management unit.
