UnitedHealth Group reported mixed fourth-quarter results and projected soft guidance for 2026.
Adjusted earnings per share during the fourth quarter were $2.11, above expectations of $2.10. Revenue of $113.2 billion was below analysts' expectations of $113.82 billion.
The company expects revenue in 2026 to exceed $439 billion, which would be a 2% decrease year over year.
