Project description: Jeff Miller, United American Insurance branch manager and project owner, said 5,400 square feet of the new building will house offices for United American Insurance Co., which specializes in health, medical, long-term and life insurance. Miller said the remaining space in the new building will be available for lease through Rankin Co. at approximately $14 per square foot.
