United allegedly flew an unsafe plane 23 times

United Airlines is being accused of flying an allegedly unsafe plane 23 times.

The Federal Aviation Administration claims one of the carrier's Boeing 747 jetliners was not inspected as required after being repaired for a faulty fuel pump pressure switch.

The FAA is proposing a $435,000 fine against the company.
