United Airlines adds comfort dogs to relieve holiday stress

Posted online
United Airlines is offering holiday passengers a new way to relieve stress: dogs.

The Chicago-based carrier's United Paws program is deploying over 200 dogs to the airline's seven airport hubs Monday through Wednesday.

The hubs are in  Los Angeles, Cleveland, Denver, Newark, Washington, Houston and Chicago.

The so-called comfort dogs will be led around terminals by handlers so fliers can pet, scratch and nuzzle the pooches.
