Railroad company Union Pacific is seeking to develop a former General Motors auto factory site in Kansas City that was demolished following a 2021 fire.
Through engineering firm Olsson, Union Pacific has filed development plans for three industrial buildings totaling 566,000 square feet.
The Leeds Industrial Park site was purchased by Union Pacific in 2023. It has existing railroad infrastructure.
