Unilever in talks to buy Jessica Alba's company

Unilever is in talks to acquire actress Jessica Alba's consumer-products retailer, people familiar with the matter told Dow Jones Newswires.

The deal with Honest Co. being discussed could be valued at over $1 billion.

Honest, which generates $300 million in annual revenue, hasn't ruled out going for an initial public offering instead, according to the sources.
