Under Armour Inc. has denied "willfully" destroying evidence related to a wrongful termination lawsuit.
Cynthia Pajak, a former regional director for Under Armour, alleges in the lawsuit that the company fired her in 2018 in retaliation for reporting inappropriate behavior by her male colleagues.
Pajak's attorneys allege the case has been impacted by deleted text messages, a lost iPhone and other missing records.
