UMB Bank has entered a deal to sell part of its UMB Fund Services subsidiary.
ACA Group agreed to buy UMB Distribution Services, the broker-dealer distribution business of UMB Fund Services. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ACA Group is set to gain more than $48 billion in client assets through the deal.
