UMB Bank names CEO

UMB Financial Corp. has named its chief financial officer the new CEO of UMB Bank.

In addition to the CEO role, Michael Hagedorn will continue to serve as vice chairman of the Kansas City-based bank holding company.

Hagedorn assumes the title as CEO of the bank from Mariner Kemper, who remains chairman and CEO of UMB Financial, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
