Ukraine's government announced plans to sell bonds to pay for its armed forces amid an invasion of the country by Russia.
The one-year bonds would have a value of $33.37, with the interest rate to "be determined in the auction," according to officials with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
The country also sought to reassure international investors that it would not default on its existing debts.
