Ultimate Fighting Championship distributor Joe Hand Promotions has filed suit against four Kansas companies.
The suits against Trotter’s on the River in Atchison, The Bullpen in Baldwin City, Cabron y Vagos in Wichita and Cancun Mexican Grill in Kingman, Kansas, allege the venues showed pay-per-view events without buying a commercial license to do so.
Joe Hand Promotions has reportedly filed 42 lawsuits in Kansas federal court and 25 in Missouri since 2000.
