Waymo and Uber on Friday settled a yearlong legal fight over self-driving car technology.
In the end, Uber agreed to provide Waymo with 0.34 percent of its stock. Waymo had accused Uber of stealing trade secrets.
Waymo, the self-driving car unit under Google’s parent company, Alphabet, valued its settlment stake in Uber at $245 million.
