Uber to pay $20M for misleading drivers

Uber will pay $20 million to settle a lawsuit with the Federal Trade Commission.

The FTC claims Uber misled drivers by making false or unsubstantiated claims about earnings and its vehicle financing program.

The FTC says less than 10 percent of drivers earned what was advertised in New York and San Francisco.
