Uber is moving to ban passengers with low ratings in Australia and New Zealand.
Customers with ratings lower than 4.0 may be removed from the app.
"The average Aussie is extremely friendly," said Susan Anderson, Uber's general manager for Australia and New Zealand. "These are the small percentage of riders who are not treating drivers with respect."
