Uber sold its food delivery business, Uber Eats, in India to Zomato, its local rival.
Through the deal, Uber gains a 10% stake in Zomato. The purchase values Uber Eats' India business at $160 million to $200 million, sources familiar with the matter said.
Uber Eats entered India in 2017.
