Uber announced plans to invest $300 million in electric vehicle maker Lucid.
Through the agreement, Uber will deploy some 20,000 Lucid Gravity SUVs with autonomous vehicle technology. The autonomous vehicle technology comes from a startup called Nuro.
Uber is also reportedly investing in Nuro.
