Uber makes Chicago its HQ for freight division

Uber announced Chicago will be the headquarters for its freight division.

The ride-hailing firm plans to hire 2,000 new employees in the Windy City over the next three years.

Uber Freight, the company's logistics division, matches carriers with shippers.
