Uber lost its license to operate in London after an investigation.
Transport for London officials cited "pattern of failures” by Uber.
Specifically, officials pointed to a system change that allowed unauthorized drivers to upload their photos to other drivers' accounts. This resulted in at least 14,000 trips where someone other than the booked driver delivered passengers.
