Uber announced plans to lay off roughly 350 more employees.
The cuts follow the elimination of 400 workers - out of a 1,200-employee team - in July.
The latest layoffs are part of the "last wave of a process" to streamline the company, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said.
