Uber hires Harvard expert to fix leadership woes

Uber hired a Harvard Business School to fix its leadership issues.

Frances Frei previously had been advising Uber as a consultant. She joined the company full time last week and reports directly to Uber CEO Travis Kalanick.

She'll work with the executive team on leadership and strategy.

Kalanick said he needed "leadership help" after he was caught on a dashcam video being rude to an Uber driver. The company's alleged culture of sexism and discrimination also is under investigation.
