Travis Kalanick, co-founder and former CEO of Uber, plans to sell 26 percent of his stake in the firm, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
Kalanick would net $1.4 billion in the transaction with SoftBank and other Uber investors, according to the sources.
The former CEO currently owns about 10 percent of the ride-hailing company.
