Uber chief business officer to resign

Amid a company workplace culture shakeup, Uber's chief business officer will resign, people familiar with the matter told Dow Jones Newswires.

Emil Michael joined Uber in 2013 from Klout Inc., which rates users' online reputation.

His resignation could come as soon as today.
