Uber abandons on-demand package delivery service

Posted online

Uber's on-demand same-day package delivery service UberRush will cease operations at the end of June, according to Crain's Chicago Business. The service is active currently in New York, San Francisco and Chicago.

In recent months, Uber has sold its costly car-leasing business, Xchange Leasing and its Southeast Asian operations to regional rival Grab.
