Tyson Foods Inc. signed a deal to purchase chicken-nugget maker Keystone Foods LLC for $2.5 billion.
The seller of Keystone is Brazil’s Marfrig Global Foods SA. The ownership company will maintain a hamburger factory in the United States, Bloomberg reports.
Keystone produced $2.8 billion in revenue last year supplying nuggets to McDonald’s Corp.
