Tyson Foods announced a strategic partnership with Saudi Arabian company Tanmiah Food.
The Arkansas-based corporation plans to acquire a 15% stake in Tanmiah subsidiary Agriculture Development Co. It also will take a 60% equity stake in Tanmiah's Supreme Foods Processing Co.
The transaction is subject to approval by regulators.
