Tyson Foods Chief Financial Officer John R. Tyson was arrested in Fayetteville Thursday on a DWI charge, Arkansas Business reports.
Tyson, 34, was reportedly arrested by University of Arkansas police and later released on bond. It's his second intoxication-related arrest since 2022.
Tyson Foods has suspended Tyson, the son of former CEO and current board Chair John H. Tyson.
