The Justice Department charged two Romanians for allegedly hacking more than 100 cameras used by Washington, D.C., police.
Mihai Isvanca and Eveline Cismaru were arrested in Bucharest on Dec. 15.
The hack involved surveillance cameras that were compromised as part of a ransomware scheme. The cameras were hacked Jan. 12, eight days before President Donald Trump's inauguration.
