Two McDonald's execs allege racial discrimination

Two McDonald’s Corp. executives filed suit against the fast-food company for alleged racial discrimination and civil rights abuses.

Vicki Guster-Hines and Domineca Neal claim they were demoted as a result of discrimination. They also allege a hostile climate for black executives and franchisees.

Guster-Hines and Neal are both senior directors working for McDonald’s in Dallas.
