Now the two are joining forces.
Huels and Critchfield formed Commercial One Brokers LLC in May to serve commercial and investment clients in the Branson and Hollister areas, where they have more than 27 years of experience.
The two plan to provide general commercial brokerage services, including landlord/tenant representation, site selection, and consulting services and financial analysis.
The company operates temporarily from the second floor of Branson Financial Center, 500 W. Main St. A move into permanent offices on the third floor of that building is planned later this month.
Both were previously broker/officers for CJR Commercial Group; Huels was the managing partner of the Branson office for 10 years.[[In-content Ad]]
