Ex-Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and two other former executives filed suit against the company.
The lawsuits allege Twitter failed to cover more than $1 million in personal legal expenses, including those related to a Department of Justice investigation.
Agrawal, former General Counsel Vijaya Gadde and former Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, who are suing Twitter, were fired after Elon Musk bought the platform last year.

They are the ones that should be sued... The limited the free speech of millions and destroyed the ability for people to make informed decisions. I applaud everything that Elon Musk has done.
