Twitter has won a deal to broadcast Thursday night National Football League games online.
Twitter won a bidding war against Verizon, Yahoo and Amazon. Facebook dropped out of the bidding last week, according to sources who spoke anonymously with Bloomberg.
The deal is said to be designed by the NFL to reach so-called cord-cutters, as former cable-TV subscribers are known.
A relocation to Nixa from Republic and a rebranding occurred for Aspen Elevated Health; Kuick Noodles LLC opened; and Phelps County Bank launched a new southwest Springfield branch.
