Twitter is planning to wipe out all followers of the @POTUS and @WhiteHouse accounts when President-elect Joe Biden takes office.
There's reportedly been contention over the issue between the Biden administration and the social media network.
It's a switch in tactics from 2017, when Twitter built a new set of accounts for the incoming administration that retained the previous followers.
