Twitter shares tumble to record low

Twitter shares dropped 5.8 percent yesterday to close at $26, a record low for the social media company.

It's also the same level the company priced its shares in its November 2013 initial public offering, according to Fox Business.

The report cites lackluster growth, running without a permanent CEO and its status as a rumored takeover target.
