Twitter debuts 'Super Follows' revenue tool

Twitter announced a new service called "Super Follows" meant to shore up additional revenue for the service and its content creators.

Through the service, Twitter users will be able to charge for premium content, such as newsletter subscriptions or bonus tweets.

The social media network also is exploring putting other features behind a paywall. An example may be its Tweetdeck portal that allows users to monitor multiple tweets in real time.
