Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company has signed on as the first tenant of Building C at Twin Oaks Office Park, 909 E. Republic Road, according to leasing agent Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties. Building C is a two-story structure comprising approximately 5,200-square-feet per floor, and MEM will occupy all of the second floor. Three-D Properties is the developer of the project, and Morris Dock's MoDoCo Inc. is the general contractor. The exterior of the structure was designed by Ron Slone, of Slone Architects Inc., while the interior was designed by Alan Bates, of Bates & Associates Architects.[[In-content Ad]]
