Located at 1343 E. Kingsley, this new office development by Bill and Nancy Jester's Tuscany Court LLC features approximately 30,000 square feet of space, much of which is already spoken for, according to leasing agent Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties. The first two tenants are HealthSouth and Bert Park, MD, PC, while a third tenant is in negotiation. Approximately 9,000 square feet of space still is available. Designed by architect Bill Derington, Tuscany Court is being built by Williams Construction Inc.
