Tupperware Brands Corp. finalized a debt restructuring agreement.
The agreement allows for the reduction/reallocation of $150 million in interest and fees, as well as an extension on $348 million in interest and fees.
The news sent Tupperware's shares up by more than 90% in extended trading on Thursday.
