Tulsa airport completes $30.6M concourse section

Tulsa International Airport completed the second phase of a $30.6 million renovation project and then opened the north end of Concourse A on Nov. 5, according to Tulsa World.

Featuring new seating with power-charging stations, raised ceilings with a skylight and remodeled restrooms, the effort is designed to improve the experience for airport customers and boost operational efficiency. With the second phase finished, American Airlines moved to new gates.

Tulsa, Okla.-based Flintco is managing the project, which shifts its focus to Phase 3 at the south end of Concourse A. The third phase, expected to be complete next summer, adds a new business center and expanded military lounge to the facility.
