Trump vows to avoid business conflicts of interest

President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday tweeted he would "remove" himself from his businesses and announce in two weeks details on how he'll avoid conflicts of interest.

Via Twitter, Trump said he would hold a Dec. 15 news conference ti discuss plans to leave the Trump Organization.

His adult children, whom he has said he will put in charge of the company, will be a part of the news conference.

A CNN analysis found Trump has an ownership stake or a position in over 500 companies, including 150 that have done done business in at least 25 foreign countries, including Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
