Trump University students file to get their money back

More than 3,700 former enrollees at Trump University have filed to get their money back.

The claims are part of last year's $25 million settlement agreed to by President Donald Trump.

If approved by the court, former students who opted for the settlement are expected to get back about 80 percent of the money they spent on live seminars from the now-defunct real estate education program.
