President Donald Trump used a portion of his first State of the Union address to tout tax reform passed by GOP lawmakers.
"Since we passed tax cuts, over 3 million workers have gotten tax cut bonuses — many of them thousands and thousands of dollars," Trump said.
He was referring to his December bill signing that lowered the corporate tax rate to 21 percent from 35 percent.
