President Donald Trump yesterday said he'll deliver the State of the Union after the partial government shutdown ends.
The announcement followed Speaker Nancy Pelosi telling Trump he was not welcome to deliver the speech in the House chamber while the shutdown is still going.
Trump previously indicated he would seek an alternate venue to deliver the speech.
