Trump retweets video of apparent supporter saying 'white power'

Posted online

President Donald Trump is facing criticism for retweeting a video in which a man who appears to be a supporter says "white power" in response to protestors.

The video appears to have been taken at The Villages, a retirement community in Florida.

"Thank you to the great people of The Villages. The Radical Left Do Nothing Democrats will Fall in the Fall. Corrupt Joe [Biden] is shot. See you soon!!!" Trump said when retweeting the video. He has since deleted the retweet.

White House spokesperson Judd Deere said, "President Trump is a big fan of The Villages. He did not hear the one statement made on the video. What he did see was tremendous enthusiasm from his many supporters."
