President Donald Trump is preparing to issue his first veto.
The veto would follow the GOP-controlled Senate voting 59-41 Thursday to undo Trump's national emergency declaration to build a wall at the southern border.
Twelve Republicans, including Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt, voted against Trump's emergency declaration, arguing against the president's move to bypass Congress.
