Trump raises stakes in trade war

President Donald Trump will impose tariffs on another $200 billion of Chinese goods.

The White House announced the new 10 percent import duties overnight. The tariffs will impact 6,000 items and next year rise to 25 percent.

Chinese officials said the country would be forced to retaliate.
