Former President Donald Trump named two new attorneys to lead his impeachment defense a week before the trial is scheduled in the Senate.
The change came after the reported departure of all five members of his defense team this weekend, according to NPR.
Experienced criminal defense attorneys David Schoen and Bruce Castor Jr. are now leading Trump's defense after the House last month charged the former president with "incitement of insurrection."
