President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order that would pave the way for a ban of China’s Huawei.
U.S. officials familiar with the plan told Reuters the order would utilize the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to prohibit U.S. companies from doing business with the Chinese telecommunications company.
Huawei has been accused of making equipment that could be used to spy.
