Trump exempts South Korea from steel import tariff

The Trump administration reached a trade deal with South Korea that exempts the U.S. ally from steel tariffs.

However, a quota on imports from South Korea will remain in place, according to Fox Business.

In exchange for the exemption on steel tariffs, South Korea agreed to open its markets to American-made automobiles.
